Why are you applying for Canine Distinctions?: Well my main is always hanging out at the dream and I have a wide range of knowledge on dream staffing already (current staff in Cypess homes, BAH, and was past staff in Dog pound on an alt as well). So, I thought why not help out since I enjoy it so much? (: Seeing as I like helping others, too, I'm always glad to share answers and help solve any problems should they arise.

Somebody is harassing you or somebody else, you would:
Get logs of the situation if it was from someone else so I could get a better overview of the problem. Once the problem is taken into account, I would then proceed to confront the harassing furre if found guilty. If they don't cease they're actions I would warn them again. Should this fail for a second time, however, then I would eject the person by failure to listen to staff. Should they return and keep pestering everyone then I'll submit a report of the situation to the dream owner for possible banning. Reason: There's absolutely no need for any harassment what-so-ever. It will not and should not be tolerated, thus why I would try to put a stop to it before it got out of control.
You find somebody annoying, but not breaking any rules:
I'd ask them politely to tone it down only if it was bothering others, as well. If, however, they were "sneaking" around certain rules and using that as an excuse to explain their obvious faulty actions, then I would clearly explain to them how it is wrong and once again, ask them politely to cease it. If they continue, I would suggest/consult the staff management or owners in the possibility of adding a new rule to the dream rules section that would prevent this from happening in the future (if it was really out of hand). Reason: Going around rules to purposely annoy someone is not right. However, if it's just me finding them annoying, then I would calmly just work my way around it to tolerate it(although I'm generally not annoyed by many things).
Somebody asks you to become a staff member, and you give them directions. They say they do not wish to apply, you would:
I would tell them that unfortunately they can't be hired without an application - It's an important process to make sure they qualify for a staff position and, if they don't fill it out, then there's no way we can see if they meet the requirements. Reason: It's the fair and logical thing to do.
You don't have share, no other staff members are online, somebody is spamming/harassing/breaking rules, you would?:
If found guilty by proof of logs or my own witnessing it, I would ask the person who was spamming and such through whispers if they could stop the spamming or harassing. If they wouldn't listen then I would suggest to those they are harassing or spamming to put them on the 'silence rule' which DEP so strongly enforces. (i.e. put them on ignore until they go away). Afterwards, I would let a staff member or owner know of the situation when they get online so it could be further dealt with. Reason: Even though I wouldn't have share, it's still important to make sure everyone has an enjoyable experience in the dream
EXPLAIN
How do you greet new comers?: Well I've whispered some in the past who randomly showed up in the dream to say hello. New comers to the crew or anyone up around me in my screen though I have always been very friendly with them as well. As staff, though, if they wanted, I would also offer to show them around and such and take great care to answer any questions they may have!
What's your opinion on our staff team?:
It seems like a good staff team from what I've seen. I know personally Orchis is a good dream owner seeing as she's always updating glitches and such. Terri also seems quite devoted to her staff position seeing all the posts she's made up until now explaining rules and so on.
What's your opinion on the dream?:
I absolutely love the dream. It's beautifully decorated and I see a lot of potential in it, as well. I definitely see it becoming a dream popular to many others not only of the crew in near future too. I would love to see it grow. And- also - I love the name because guess who helped name it? xD Hehe, just kidding. But really, it's a very nice dream, well structured and I see what potential it holds.
