I think we should limit the amount of 'large' wolves to be accepted in the dream.
1)Large vs normal ratio. I think it's a bit crazy that a wolf standing at 3' would (in real life) be one of the largest canines for their species and yet to be surrounded by a majority of so many 4',5', 6' and so on accepted wolves, since there's a lot now in this dream, would be considered small.
Just an idea. I think the ratio to special wolves should seriously be (more normal sized wolves here) > (a minimum large wolves here).
At this moment, it seems there's more large wolves compared to small.
2) Powerplaying. Too many large wolves (angry ones at that) leaves open to a lot of powerplaying: i.e. using size as the only/a main advantage to win a battle. All the smaller ones (2' to 3' and under) are like pups compared to them since they're half theire size and under.
3) But it's for fun? I know an excuse is that sure RPing is for fun and its completely fictional. But put it this way: If you were playing a fairly strong 3' character, someone skilled and such, would they really be considered skilled if a beast almost twice their size could practically just roll on them and kill them? Okay one is fine, but what if- 85% of wolves they have to face are gigantic? Not cool for the player being the 3' character. It's only to make things fair for the others.
Finally, I seriously hope this can be considered. Personally, being someone who plays average height characters, I am starting to feel greatly uncomfortable about the idea of so many being able to come in and have as excuse "Oh well he/she/it has a large character, why can't I?" We should put a halt to it as soon as we can so it doesn't get out of control. ):
I propose (these numbers can be changed, maybe add some #s once the dream gets more popular)
5' to 6': 2-3 max.
4'-5': 5-6 max.
3'-4': 15 or something or no app since some people seem to think this is average?
3' and under : no app required.
Total: already here this adds up to about 20 some large size wolves, which is already pretty much imo.
Any thoughts?
edit: Also, this post is basing the normal sized of wolves off of this chart, should anyone be curious to see where I'm coming from with all this post:
