• Real Life age(optional): 19
• Why are you applying for Canine Distinctions?:
I want to join Canid Distinctions because Starynn is always in there. She’s always hanging around everyone, I’m mostly aware of what’s going on and people tend to stick together so if there’s a problem, it’s very likely that I would find out about it. I would like to be part of a great group of people that keep this dream running. I wanna help maintain the peace and just be able to help other people. :]
SHORT ESSAY
• Somebody is harassing you or somebody else, you would:
If somebody is harassing me, I’d normally just put them on ignore after telling them to stop. But I would get logs of the situation so that I can make sure I know what’s going on and don’t miss anything. I want to be able to be fair when I confront the offender. When confronting them I will always try and give them a chance to stop before I take action. Harassment isn’t tolerated by anyone and anywhere and it won’t be tolerated in Canid Distinctions. If they do not listen to me then they would be ejected. If I were not able to, then I would contact someone that does either by offline whisper or if they are online. Tell them everything that happened, give them the logs, what I did and let them handle it.
• You find somebody annoying, but not breaking any rules:
If they’re annoying me, I’d ask them to keep it down and be more aware of their actions. If they were annoying others than I would than ask them to stop. If they are annoying and aren’t breaking any rules than I would need to consult with staff on the situation because it’s not fair to go the extra mile to annoy people. I would put them on ignore normally but as staff I would just be tolerant about it and figure out how to handle it. Unfortunately, not everyone in the world is easy to be around but you have to deal with each situation accordingly.
• Somebody asks you to become a staff member, and you give them directions. They say they do not wish to apply, you would:
Well I would have to tell them that unfortunately without an application they cannot be staff. In order to become a staff member, we need to know if they cover the requirements. It’s only fair because nobody else gets hired without an application. If it were my dream, it'd be the same. It just isn't right to hire people without an application. It's like in the real world, you don't get a job without applying. From there, it'd be the furre's decision to apply or not. I would encourage them to do so that they could become part of the great experience of being part of the Canid Distinctions Staff.
• You don't have share, no other staff members are online, somebody is spamming/harassing/breaking rules, you would?:
My first action would be to gather logs as evidence, put it all together so that it can be fairly evaluated. I would approach the furre and tell them to stop their inappropriate behavior or they will face the consequences. If they do not stop, I’d ask the other furres in the dream to ignore the offender until they go away. Hopefully, another staff member will come along soon and take care of the situation by either ejecting or banning them if the situation calls for it. The main idea however is to gather the logs and try to control the situation, help handle the situation by means of either having everyone put the furre on ignore or just ignoring them.
EXPLAIN
• How do you greet new comers?:
I would greet them with a “Hello ______! Welcome to Canid Distinctions. I'd just welcome them and perhaps get them interested in joining the pack. You never know who can be a valuable part of the pack. Being friendly is key unless they are a known enemy and there is a problem.
• What's your opinion on our staff team?:
I think they’re very fair and they are very good people to have in the positions that they are in. They don’t abuse their positions even if they have higher ranks in the pack. If you need help, they are happy to assist.
• What's your opinion on the dream?:
I really love this dream. It’s been nicely put together, I wandered around and pretty much found out where everything is. It’s not confusing or anything as long as you take a look at the area around and get familiar with it. I hardly leave this dream anymore.
